Kylie Dwyer Bio 

Kylie Dwyer is an industry leader, co-founder of Elite Hair Education and developer of the Scissor Licence Program, creator of SNIPT Haircutting Tutorial App, and founder and designer of Elite Scissors. Kylie's career started as a hairdressing apprentice 38 years ago, progressed to multi-salon owner for 21 years, and evolved to become an independent educator for the past 18 years, imparting high-level education to thousands of stylists each year through her industry-specific haircutting workshops around Australia.   

Kylie is also the creator of SNIPT app – an innovative, on-demand video app with step-by-step tutorials on basic haircutting skills, through to the latest trending cuts and styles. SNIPT was born to fill a gap in the market for resources for hairdressers to practice and advance their haircutting skills. For a beginner, SNIPT provides confusion free support when revising College or TAFE lessons, and for experienced stylists SNIPT is a proactive way to keep up with the latest trending styles and modern precision cutting techniques.  

In 2023 Kylie launched Elite Scissors, a premium scissor brand that embodies the culmination of years of industry experience. Kylie spearheaded the design phase in collaboration with other skilled scissor designers and manufacturers from around the world, with the objective to create a comprehensive range of superior quality scissors that meet the requirements and demands of today's professional stylists.

Ed  is an industry leader, co-founder of Drake On Drake and well known participant in both Editorial hair and education across the NZ and the globe. Eds passion for  Cutting & Education will be on full display in this fun and informative course.
